DISC Psychometric profiling provides an accurate insight into how people behave at work.
What is DISC?
DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. It utilises a method for understanding behaviour, temperament, and personality. A DISC profile provides a comprehensive overview of the way that people think, act, and interact. It is extremely useful for improving both self understanding and team communication. It is the most widely used profiling tool of its kind, and is supported by decades of validation and reliability studies.
The DISC Personality Profile is based on the work of renowned psychologist Dr William Marston, and was introduced in his 1928 book "Emotions of Normal People" . William Marston, a contemporary of Carl Jung, developed the DISC Personality Profile after studying the personality traits, behavioural patterns, and instinctual reactions of thousands of individuals.
How do they work?
The profiles we use are completed electronically meaning you and your staff can complete them at a time of your convenience on a device of your choosing. They take no more than ten minutes to complete.
How can DISC profiling help my business?
I'm delighted to recommend David who recently held a very engaging workshop with myself and the iMultiply team. Using psychometric profiling he provided our team with a very beneficial communication and development session. We value people development so plan to continue to use David. I feel that he understands the needs of my business and he's a pleasure to work with.
